Why we love this Wine
In a beautiful part of Victoria lies Captains Creeks Vineyard in Blampied, six miles west of Daylesford. And Josh Cooper sure has a knack for sourcing good fruit here. Organic chardonnay: lemons and curd, light almonds, green olives, citrus and blossoms. Unfined and unfiltered, tight yet refreshing. A wild streak of salty minerality rips through the centre.
