Cool climate syrah that commands attention, this wine is on the rise (Josh Cooper too). Watch this space. Starting in Cobaw Ridge and the Macedon Ranges, with Josh’s parents a driving force in drive organic and biodynamic grape growing in Australia (thanks btw). This is lean, herbaceous and Northern Rhone in style. Such a pretty thing.
