Jim Barry always do a reliable Riesling, but this is the level up; a micro-batch taking the very best grapes hand-selected from individual rows in the hallowed Florita vineyard. Basically taking the creme de la creme of berries, those grown in shallow, loamy soils in Riesling mecca, the Clare Valley. Kaffir lime and lemon, wet slate minerals, lavender and orange blossom.
