Why we love this Wine
We dig the wines of Champagne rockstar Jerome Prevost. Prévost’s 2.2-hectare vineyard, Les Béguines, is in Gueux, just to the west of Reims. Predominantly Pinot Meunier with just a splash of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc in the mix, it’s a picture of elegance, detail, vitality and is a gloriously expressive wine.
