Sancerre rosé that skips the pretty-in-pink cliché and goes straight for grip. Thibault and Etienne Roger farm 35 hectares around Bué, carrying on four centuries of family know-how with the kind of confidence that doesn't need a story. 100% Pinot Noir, hand-picked and pressed for colour rather than punch. Think redcurrant, wild strawberry, grapefruit pith and crushed stone, with a lemony spine that runs long. Serious rosé, no apologies.
