Why we love this Wine
East Barossan fruit produced with lo-fi love in the Adelaide Hills by Jean-Baptiste Courdesses. A week of carbonic is the theme with Jean, followed by a good foot stomp and three months sealed in tank. Seven months of elevage in old French barriques richens that texture and develops stone fruit flavours. Bottled without sulphites, fining or filtration, it’s a real Pur Jus wine.
