Why we love this Wine

Made by the well-travelled Frenchman Jean-Baptiste Courdesses, now (sort of) settled in the Adelaide Hills, making wine alongside the Lucy Margaux setup in Basket Range. This is Hahndorf Pinot Gris, all hand-picked, carbonically macerated for a week, unfined and unfiltered, with no additions. Aromatic, complex and layered, but still so refreshing.
