Why we love this Wine
Grenache done wild and rebellious; hand-harvested and fermented carbonic in closed tanks for several weeks. Foot-trod to extract tannin, this is intoxicating and bright with plump, juicy red fruits, and just the nicest slightly green, herbal lift. Aged on lees in 500L puncheons over 9 months, this is unfined, unfiltered and absolutely potent. A vibrant take on Barossa Valley Grenache, and a memorable one.
