James Erskine has shaken this one up a little putting together a blend of Chenin Blanc, Muscat, and carbonic Grenache. It’s exactly as that trio sounds, with Jauma in charge. A little blushing, wildly juicy and beautifully textured. So light and so fresh you could breath it in. Don’t though.
