Why we love this Wine

Sauvignon Blanc, with the works. A good dose of skin contact and 80% puncheon to settle. It's light, tangy, in the smashable style that James Erskine does so well, so often. Under-ripe tropical fruits; green papaya and guava but with some lemon pith and pink grapefruit in the mix. This is a skinsy white kept on a tight leash, retaining delicate structure. Magical in its minerality.
