Why we love this Wine
James Erskine is a pioneer of the Australian natural wine movement. Hailing from the Blewitt Springs, the 2021 is yet another example of Jauma’s biodynamic prowess. The master of minimal intervention, James lets the vineyards properties shine through in this one with cleansing acidity, crisp citrus notes of apples and pears, and a lick of minerality. Refreshing and zippy. This is good stuff!
