Why we love this Wine
Cab Franc may originate in France's south west, but in the sandy soils of Blewitt Springs, it takes on a fresh persona. Red fruits abound, grippy texture tantalises. This one has been aged 10 months in French Oak barrels before bottling, and the balance of flavour is simply undeniable. A true treat now, or one to lay away.
