Why we love this Wine
Marco Bertoni began making wine in the 90’s, and boy are we pleased he’s travelled down this natty road. Sauv Blanc and Spergola (native to Emilia-Romagna) work together here, kickstarting the second ferment in bottle for extrafine fizz. Channelling crisp sunny mornings strolling through an abundant orchard, we’re sure Marco was daydreaming on the verandah, sipping on OJ when he dreamed up this beauty.
