Why we love this Wine
Idée Fixe has been created by Vasse Felix as a separate house devoted to the production of Blanc de Blancs. Primarily Chardonnay with a splash of Pinot Noir for that dainty pink hue and those red fruit hits, this Méthode Traditionelle Brut Rosé moves slightly away from the Idée Fixe origin story. Alive with Pink Lady apples and Kaffir lime, pomegranate, raspberry, roasted almonds and pink peppercorns for your drinking pleasure. Here’s a good looking bottle that’s just as attractive on the inside.
