Having it Hugel. This genteel German is as crunchy as a summer salad. All crispy structure and a veritable herb garden of aromas. We get fresh little baby snow-peas, vegetal notes and a little delicate spice. Maybe a slice of apple. A dry-styled blend that hums in harmony with the seasons. Seriously scrummy stuff.
