Hand picked, foot stomped. A little touch of skin contact and a temperature controlled ferment at about 12 degrees. This is a fun, friendly, textural white that has just a little phenolic character. Super drinkable, and at this price, a reliable white to have on hand in large volumes for just about any occasion. Definitely a crowd pleaser.
