Jono Hersey bringing some everyday elegance with this single vineyard number from their vineyard in Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills. Humming with buttery lemons, white florals, and dried apricots. A sprinkle of sweet spice. The fruits are taking the lead, and we're happily following. It's clean and crisp, bright and too easy to drink.
