Why we love this Wine
Winemaker Andrew Quin has been working wonders at Hentley Farm in recent years. Here he is with a cracking Eden Valley Riesling that is bursting with fresh, snappy lime, lemon and grapefruit characters. There is juiciness to the fruit profile and a lovely tension between the fruit and the quartz-like acidity that pulls the textural elements of the wine in nicely, all finishing crisp, dry and delicious.
