Why we love this Wine
Spectacular Burgundian Chardonnay, as one expects from the Côtes de Nuits. Drawn from tiny parcels at the southern tip of the Hautes-Côtes, where the vines are 25+ years old. Whole bunch pressed straight to tank, then to neutral oak for ferment and élevage. Claire Naudin is expert in her region's (and her family's) traditional approaches, embracing practices of strong, sustainable viticulture. This is lively and deliciously fresh, with a strong splash of citrus.
