Why we love this Wine
You’d never guess that Henri Chauvet traded a career in finance for our humble industry just three years ago. And we thank our lucky stars for it. He hit the ground running, and amassed cult-status for producing bottles like this vibrant Gamay. Its silky palate is punctuated with strawberries and juicy plums and a smattering of spice. Poised, balanced and promising to age beautifully. But that takes a whole lot of restraint, so we recommend grabbing more than one.
