Why we love this Wine
What's a Countryside Cab Sav, you ask? On this occasion it's a fresh, fruit-forward expression of the grape, kept on the medium-bodied side. You won't forgo flavour in any way here, fear not; 2023 was a bumper vintage in the Clare Valley, allowing a late harvest and great concentration in the fruit. Herbs and plums on the nose, blueberries and red fruits on the palate. We love it for its velvety tannins, and for being an absolute poster child re why we love Clare Valley Cabernet more broadly.
