Why we love this Wine
Ingrid Groiss is awesome. She is super lovely, produces brilliant wines from the Weinvertal region of Austria and cooks up a mean Blunzngröst (amazing blood sausage, fried potato & horseradish dish) if you ever get invited to lunch. Here Ingrid knocks it out of the park with a stunning Grüner Veltliner - bright and textural with pure yellow-edged fruit and crisp green apple nuance, hints of white pepper, soft spice and white blossom notes. It rocks.
