Why we love this Wine
Josko Gravner can be considered the Obi-Wan Kenobi of Oslavia in northeastern Italy’s Collio region. He is one of the leading forces behind the resurgence of skin-contact white/orange wines and his wines are regarded as benchmarks for the style. Ribolla Gialla, headspinningly floral with seven months on skins in amphora; dried citrus and stone fruits, soft spice, bergamot, grilled nuts, dried flowers, incredible texture and flow, constantly shape-shifting on the palate. Bright, grippy and captivating drinking.
