Why we love this Wine
Pinot Blanc leans a little fresher and drier than Pinot Gris, and you won't look back. The fruit and florals are there; nashi pear, white peaches and honeysuckle, with soft natural acidity and satisfying texture from some lees stirred through. This is cheeseboard wine, weeknight-dinner-but-better wine, an understated overachiever of unexpected elegance. Say that three times fast.
