Why we love this Wine
Having worked forJacques Puffeney and pal of Michel Gahier, the name Eric Goypieron is a lesser-known name from the Jura, and one to watch. Naturally inclined and working without additions or sulphites, this Trousseau spent nine months in old oak, and is showing great structure, dark fruits and florals. Wildy complex and unique drinking.
