We love Loire Valley Cab Franc, and Frankie is a great riff on the style, with a cheeky Limestone Coast character that’s all its very own. This wine is fermented as whole berries for 8-10 days, pumped over twice daily. Pressed while still low tannin with a soft fruitiness, for a balanced wine that beams with dark berries and wild forest fruits. Deep, complex, lingering mouthfeel. Right in the feels.
