Why we love this Wine
Gold Palm doesn't do old-world hand-wringing — no appellation angst, no thousand-year vine mythology. Modern Californian cabernet built for drinking, not deciphering. This one leans into that.
Cassis and blackberry up front, a slick of dark chocolate and fresh oak spice running underneath — full-bodied, generous, built to be poured rather than pondered. Currants and dark cherry fill out the middle, tannins there but sanded smooth, nothing that needs decanting or a decade in a cellar. This is cabernet as crowd-pleaser: broad-shouldered, a little glossy, zero homework required.
Big cab energy. No rules attached.
