Why we love this Wine
Handpicked and made in trés limited quantities, the highest altitude of Giant Steps’ vineyards, Wombat Creek grows over red-based volcanic soil that gives these wine an intriguing taut edge. Treated to a “Pied de Cuve” ferment and whole bunchy carbonic ferment, everything possible has been drawn out of this fruit for maximum kicks to deliver a Pinot of exuberant energy, exploding in aromatic strawberry, red cherry and spice.
