We love single vineyard stuff, and the Applejack Vineyard is a well sung Giant Steps hero. Yarra low 2020 yields = extra precious. A special sometimes. 8 months in French oak with 25% new for a lil extra somethin somethin. Heady to inhale, confident red fruit, spice and savoury tannin swing together with undeniable, unfiltered grace. Total crowd pleaser.
