Why we love this Wine

Timorasso is another of those groovy wee grape varieties that fly under the radar in the north-western Italian wine region of Piemonte. Think nashi pear, lime and crisp green apple with hints of mountain herbs and a racy cadence across the tongue and you are on the right track. One thing’s for sure, it makes for wonderful, fresh drinking and we love it.
