Why we love this Wine
The Ghost Rock team doesn’t mess around, keeping it interesting here too. Letting the ‘Cellar Rats’ loose in the winery, crafting their own batches, delivers this orange wine from the Rat of 2021, Corrine Bolger. A waxy little beauty with of full skin-contact expression. Very good. 50% Gris and 50% Riesling. 100% fun.
