Sellicks Hill rises from the seaside, an oft windswept and sunbaked site that’s like a little slice of the Mediterranean. Half made like a Rosé and half left on skins for ten days, Seaside is at once playful and straight-faced, encouraging you to slurp down its juicy dark fruit and grip onto its crunchy tannins all at once.
