Why we love this Wine
They may have told us how they did it, but we remain in awe. Geyer’s Dave Gower has turned Grenache on its head with a luscious iteration that’s no red or Rosé. Instead it’s immediately whole bunch pressed post harvest to prevent the colour of the skins filtering into the juice. Wild ferment before nine months in older oak sets up a refreshing yet textural and complex treat.
