Why we love this Wine
I'm des Capitans now. A whole tray of plush ripe strawberries in the flavour profile here, and a kilo of Christmas cherries for good measure. The Beaujolais fan club will find everything they look for, with an assertive little tannin keeping it tight. If you're about pleasure prolonged, a little age will only lengthen it, but even the time it's spent in bottle already has done magic.
