Why we love this Wine

Always a cracker. Changing with the vintage. A blend of Adelaide Hills vineyards, this time the varieties were fermented separately to catch ripening windows. Pinot Noir bunches in neutral French barriques, Pinot Gris direct pressed to stainless steel, and Syrah, Gamay and Sangiovese destemmed and left on skins. Beautifully amalgamated as usual, a light red of natural energy and freshness.
