Mike and Melissa follow the fundamentals, their simple approach yielding far from simple results. Fiano THRIVES in McLaren Vale, even before the tender touch of bidynamic viticulture that these two are very well known for. Honeysuckle, frangipani and pear, finishing on lemon curd and honey. Textural and totally tempting.
