Soave is famed for its purity, and this offering from Garganuda takes it to the Nth degree. Lowering sulphur content to the extent that they've had to have it out with the DOC to retain their status. Ultimately, their status has been upheld, and we imagine that's because you just can't argue with such stunning expression of terroir. This is raw, textural and a little more saline. We're into it.
