Why we love this Wine
Luxuriously local Mornington goodness. Barnaby Flinders and Cam Marshall split their Pinot fruit and treated it two ways; half fermented as whole bunches, half as whole berries. Aged in 300L hogsheads (20% new oak), we love its complexity, with both dark cherry and red fruit characters dancing with silty tannin, spice and evocative perfume.
