The first in what we hope will be a long line of sparkling wines from ‘Garagiste’, Barney’s garage wine operation on the Mornington. 100% Pinot Noir from his home at majestic Merricks promises strawberry and red plum, while two plus years on lees delivers a hectic yet elevated complexity packaged with plenty of fizz.
