Why we love this Wine
From the label’s Balnarring, Tuerong and Merricks vineyards, these grapes were de-stemmed, fermented in concrete, and aged for ten months on lees in both concrete and large format barrels. Bottled un-fined and unfiltered, it’s aromatic and full of dark cherries and poached plums. Subtle but powerfully seductive drinking.
