Why we love this Wine
A rosé blend of 85% Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir, this extra brut Champagne from Vallee de la Marne displays all of the candied fruit aroma that the black grapes offer, finishing dry and shatteringly crisp. 70% 2021 fruit, blended with 30% reserve wine dating back to 2014, from parcels in Mardeuil, Fleury-la-Rivière, and Damery. Mostly aged in stainless with 10% in oak, this is a fizz to be beloved by all, with endless detail to dissect for Champagne nerds amongst us.
