Why we love this Wine
While 50% of this blend is from the 2016 vintage, the other 50% is drawn from reserve wine enough to have bad knees (dating back to 1999). Organically cultivated, the blend is 80% Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay from Mardeuil, Fleury-la-Rivière and Damery. Aged 10mo in demi-muid and 72mo on lees, this golden-hued elixir packs in vivid citrus and toasty complexity. Easily one of the most effortless and elegant drops we've enjoyed from Vallee de la Marne.
