Why we love this Wine
Funkstille’s 2021 Riesling is bold and plump, with a fruit tingle twist—think mango, lime and pineapple in a rich, full-bodied palate. A mild acidity is woven through, plenty of freshness. too. Grown in the southern part of Kremstal, the vines are nurtured sustainably, and the winery itself is doing some very cool stuff in the energy-neutral winemaking space. Funkstille = radio silence (in ze German), but we've been hearing rave reviews.
