Why we love this Wine
The jewel in the crown of the Fumey Chatelain lineup, this wine is destined from greatness from the outset: only the best Savagnin barrels make it to “Vin Jaune”. And only the best vineyards are picked for it too. Aged for 6 1/2 years in barrel, it’s hard to describe the complexities going on. Looks amazing now. Later? Who knows.
