Why we love this Wine
When it come to Mosel whites, Fritz Haag brings the heat. Tingling with acidity, this one’s as precise and delicate as it is outspoken. Grown over blue slate soils that bring an ethereal minerality balanced by grounding notes of earth, a little skin contact and five months on lees contributes texture, structure and incredible aromatics. We love off-dry Riesling.
