Here, Steve Crawford from Frederick Stevenson wines give us a beautifully detailed dry rosé from Barossa Valley Cinsault (45%), Grenache(39%) & Mourvedre(16%) which has been left on its skins for 12-24hrs. We’re talking aromas and flavours of lightly-spice and amaro-herb flecked raspberry and crisp red appley fruit with light floral high-tones and some cranberry crunch in the distance...finishes dry and refreshingly moreish.
