Why we love this Wine

In a tale as old as Champagne, Savart’s a family affair. Frederic’s ménage started in ’47, with the third gen at the helm since ’05. His winemaking morphs with seasonal variation. This one’s mouth-wateringly dry, yet the nose is a frenzy of blossom, stone fruit and brioche. Fruity and intricate, lap up tons of fresh citrus. Toight like a tiger.
