Why we love this Wine
Pinot with a passport, this is a voyage well worth taking. François Rousset-Martin may be Jura's resident rulebreaker, but this cuvée takes a sharp left to Nuits-Saint-Georges—sourced from a tiny 0.16ha plot at the edge of the village. It’s pure Pinot: red fruit, forest floor, mineral tension—but there are some unexpected tropical aromas in the mix. Raised 6mo in old Burgundian barrels, sans sulphur. Jura spirit, Burgundy bones.
