Delicate, structured, and buzzing with life. Vignasses is 100% Poulsard from a tiny 0.3ha plot of red marl in Voiteur, aged a year in old Burgundian barrels and bottled without over-egging the puddin'. It’s translucent and tense—rosehip, cranberry, white pepper, and just a little earthy. Silky but nervy, with a kind of vibrating clarity that makes it hard to put down. Jura minimalism with max impact, an absolute slam dunk.
