Why we love this Wine
Burgundy-raised François Rousset-Martin brings a little of his stomping ground back to Jura in this racy Savagnin from the prestigious Château-Chalon appellation. Matured slowly in Burgundian barrels, this is much lighter than your classic Jura white. With a creamy hint of sweetness our super fancy tasting note is Cadbury caramilk (IYKYK), but there's also something more savoury (umami even?) in the balance that makes it complex and rich and just *chef's kiss*.
